Will I come back in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives

My opinion:

The male owner of this Albert Centre food stall sells traditional Singapore fried kway teow and hokkien noodles. If I am not wrong, this food business is the sister stall of Queen St Prawn Noodles (stall 60) in the same hawker centre. For this food review, my mother and I have tasted their fried kway teow for lunch.

We were given 5 cockles, 3 lar cheong slices, bean sprouts, egg bits and moderate amount of kway teow. Cockles were delicious, fresh, and medium sized. Their lar cheong slices were not too oily or salty and slightly thicker than what their competitors gave.

Bean sprouts were crunchy, healthy and juicy. The owners did not have the poor business practice of saving up on egg ingredients (which I was very angry that many fried kway teow businesses were currently doing).

Kway teow became the food's downfall as it was not properly fried and lacking in sweet soy sauce taste. Chili was so weak that my tongue did not detect its existence.

To sum up, the food here could satisfy my stomach but not the craving for fried kway teow. If you are want your fried kway teow to have less oil or salt, then I will recommend this stall to you. For old experienced foodies, my advice is to give this hawker stall a miss and try out tastier fried kway teow alternatives in nearby coffee shops.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, add more chili and sweet black sauce in the food's preparation process. Second, fried the kway teow for a longer duration.
