My opinion:

This stall is a newcomer to Albert Centre Market and Food Centre. The owners sell traditional Singapore char siew rice, chicken rice, duck rice and roasted delicacies. I have tried their roasted chicken rice for lunch.

There were 12 pieces of chicken meat and moderate amount of rice in my takeaway packet. Chicken meat was lean, rough and small sized. Chicken skin was few in portions and not crispy enough. Rice was poorly cooked, sticky and devoid of chicken fragrance. Although the chili was hot and spicy, pouring it on the rice would greatly worsen the sticky rice problem.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

They are strongly advised to review the chicken roasting and rice cooking processes.
