My opinion:

Shi De Fu sells traditional Singapore char siew rice, chicken rice, duck rice and roasted delicacies. For this food review, I have tried their char siew and roasted pork rice for lunch (the male owner called it "shao huo fan").

There were generous amount of char siew and roasted pork in my takeaway packet. Char siew was lean, tender and did not have charred or fatty portions. Roasted pork was delicious, crispy and juicy. Rice was well cooked and did not have sticky problems. The owners put a thin coat of sweet sauce on the rice (which may be a minus or plus point, depending on individual tastes). Chili was too mild tasting and "weak" to add any bonus points to the food. If you are a meat lover, I will highly recommend their char siew and roasted pork.
