My opinion:

Si Ma Lu Goreng Pisang is very famous in Bugis. If I am not wrong, this is the only stall in Albert Centre to sell fried bananas (monopoly). I arrived at about 14:00 (2 p.m) and there were only 3 fried bananas left! The lady behind me was so afraid that I may buy all the remaining fried bananas.

One fried banana cost around $1.50 which was extremely expensive for its small size. The food was not crispy or warm. They saved up on flour and the food tasted almost like eating an actual banana. The layer of coat surrounding the banana was too thin.

Even though the food had significant flaws, the sweet taste can be addictive and overwhelming at times. If Si Ma Lu Goreng Pisang encounter a competitor in the same hawker centre, their quality of food will greatly improve.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, add more ingredients. Second, ensure the crispiness and warmth of the fried bananas.
