My opinion:

Seng Huat means "success and prosper" in Chinese. This Albert Centre food stall sells traditional Singapore fish soup, porridge and seafood. For this food review, I have tried their mixed pork porridge for lunch.

There were moderate amount of pork meat and porridge in my food portion but you zha kueh was considered "missing in action". Pork bits were chewy, flavorful and made the porridge extremely appetizing. The 5 pieces of pork liver were addictive, medium sized and not too rough or salty. Porridge was tasty and not too sticky or watery.

To sum up, the porridge here was economical, heavenly and would have gained an endorsement from our website if the owners included you zha kueh as a food ingredient. In recent years, Albert Centre has become a great "hunting ground" for incredible porridge bargains. Currently no porridge stall from this hawker centre has scored a rating lesser than 80/100.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

The owners should improve on their service and add some you zha kueh pieces to the soup.
