My opinion:

This hawker sells traditional Singapore beverages, desserts, cheng tng, ice kacang, grass jelly and soya products. I have tasted their grass jelly dessert for $1.00. Although the price, food quality was slightly compromised.

The dessert was not cold and severely lacking in soup. Grass jelly looked like black millepedes and had a slimy texture that was "unwelcoming" to my tongue. Therefore, I will advise my blog readers to buy their warm soya drinks but leave the cold desserts alone. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, they should ensure their cold desserts are indeed cold. Second, they should review the preparation and production processes of the grass jelly. Third, if they are buying grass jelly from a supplier, always check the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
