My opinion:

Harri Ann specializes in traditional Singapore Nonya snacks. For this food review, my mother and I have tasted 8 of their tapioca kuehs for tea break.

Although this simple dim sum looked very appetizing and colorful, the kuehs were soft, sticky and lacked "bite" (wrong texture). The amount of coconut slices were also too little to add any last minute bonus points to the food's flavor. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Thoroughly review the preparation process of the tapioca kuehs and add more coconut slices.
