My opinion:
Huat means "luck" or "prosper" in Chinese. This People's Park Complex hawker stall specializes in traditional Singapore mixed vegetable rice and porridge. My mother and I have tried their rice meal for lunch. For this food review, we chose "cai dou" (common bean), soy sauce pork meat and sweet sour pork as our food items.
Although the "cai dou" (common bean) was crunchy, fresh and healthy, it was a bit too oily and did not mix well with the rice. All the meat ingredients were addictive, flavorful, moist, soft and tender. Rice was well cooked and did not suffer from dryness, roughness or sticky problems.
In conclusion, the food here was tasty and had a few minor errors that prevented this stall from greatness. If you are a mixed vegetable rice fan, their pork meat items are strongly recommended by our website.
Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:
Thoroughly review the common bean's cooking process.
