My opinion:

Singaporeans can enjoy very good nasi lemak for around 2 dollars? If you do not believe me, go to Sims Vista Market and Food Centre. The stall that has the longest queue is most likely Golden Phoenix Fried Bee Hoon and Nasi Lemak (stall 22). People actually queue up for 10 to 15 minutes for a simple nasi lemak lunch.

I have tried their nasi lemak set meal for lunch. It consisted of chicken wing, cucumber slice and egg. Rice was very well cooked and had a mild coconut milk flavor. The chicken wing was crispy and delicious. I rated their fried chicken wings as among the top 10 in Singapore hawker centres but slightly paled in comparison with Yan Fried Bee Hoon (Redhill 85 Market and Food Centre). Egg was soft and well cooked. Chili was not too hot or spicy, just right for nasi lemak. If the owners want more fans and a higher rating, I will advise them to sprinkle some ikan bilis on the food.
