My opinion:

How Nguan sells traditional Singapore beverages, fruit juices, cut fruits, desserts and puddings. For this food review, my family has tasted their mango pudding and strawberry pudding.

Although the price was amazingly cheap, food quality was slightly compromised. In terms of taste, the two puddings were too plain tasting and devoid of original tastes. In terms of texture, they were too soft and watery. At times, we thought we were eating soya bean curds. Although the desserts had addictive and crunchy jellies embedded in them, they were too little to add significant bonus points for the stall's food rating.

To sum up, the food items here were economical, refreshing and had a few flaws that prevented us from visiting them in the near future. Unless you are a hardcore dessert fan living in Chinatown, our advice is to buy their cut fruits but leave the puddings alone.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more fruit ingredients to their puddings.
