My opinion:

I already lost count of the number of amazing food bargains in Sims Vista Market and Food Centre. Concern Western Food is another stall that is highly recommended by easydiy365.com. The owners sell a moderate range of traditional Singapore western food. For this 2014 review, I have tried their chicken chop for $5.50 and was really impressed with the food quality.

It was really difficult to find crispy french fries in Singapore western food. Honestly, some of the fried items served by Burger King, KFC and Mcdonalds were often cold and soft. The french fries of Concern Western Food were crispy, hot and not too oily.

Their chicken chop was of average size but it was juicy and tender. The meat sauce used in the food was too watery and did not mix well with the other food ingredients (major minus point). Bread was delicious, warm and well baked. Salad was crunchy, healthy and not too dry. Besides the meat sauce, it was really hard to find any significant flaw in their food. In fact, it was even harder to find a western food "diamond" in Singapore nowadays.
