My opinion:

Min is either a Chinese surname or a short term for China's Fujian province. This New Market Road hawker stall specializes and excels in traditional Singapore seafood. For this food review, I have tasted their fish soup with rice for lunch.

There were 10 fish slices, 1 bowl of soup and 1 bowl of rice in my food portion. Fish slices were firm, fresh, healthy, medium sized, tender and did not break apart easily. Although the soup was fragrant and filled with seafood taste, doufu and seaweed were considered "missing in action". Rice was well cooked and did not suffer from dryness, roughness or sticky problems.

In conclusion, the food here was economical, tasty and could satisfy my weekly craving for seafood. If you are fish soup fan who is not so nit picky, Min Ji is strongly recommended by my website.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, introduce doufu and seaweed as food ingredients. Second, add more tomato pieces into the soup.
