My opinion:

Jia Long means "dragon of excellence" in Chinese. The owners have been selling bbq chicken wings and fried oyster omelette since 1991. Customers get to choose the $4.00 small option, $5.00 medium option or the $6.00 big option for their fried oyster omelette. I have tried the small option for lunch.

There were 4 big oysters and small amount of fried omelette in my takeaway packet. Although oysters were delicious and huge, they were slightly overcooked (dry and rough). Fried omelette was a bit too flaky, gluey and oily (major minus points).

To sum up, the food here was cheap but average tasting and too few in portions to achieve greatness.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more egg ingredients, cut short the oysters' cooking time and refrain from adding too much flour or oil.
