My opinion:

Gold Hill specializes in traditional Singapore western cuisine. For this food review, I have tried their fried chicken chop rice for lunch.

The owners were very generous in giving out chicken and rice ingredients. Chicken meat was delicious, juicy and tender. Overall, the food was well cooked and not too oily or salty. 

What prevented the food from getting a rating of at least 90/100? The rice did not taste like fried rice. Their meat sauce was too bland and watery.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Fry the rice for a longer duration, make the meat sauce thicker and add more beans for future customers.
