My opinion:
Why did the owners call this store "Selera"? Bedok residents have enjoyed their roasted delicacies for many years. For this food review, I have tried their char siew rice for lunch and it tasted really good.

The rice was well cooked and did not have sticky problems. Char siew was tender and rarely had fatty portions. Thick red sauce made biting the meat felt so much easier (plus point for old people).
The chili was hot and spicy enough to add a few bonus points to the food. It had been a long time since I tasted really good char siew rice (the standards of Singapore char siew rice had been declining for a long time).
