My opinion:

Mac Soya sells traditional Singapore beverages, desserts, grass jelly and soya products. For this food review, I have tasted their longan soya bean curd for tea break. There were 5 longans on top of a medium sized bean curd.

Longan taste was sweet and "powerful" but not to the extent of overwhelming the soya taste. Bean curd did not have dryness or roughness issues commonly associated with this kind of dessert. It was healthy, refreshing, sweet and filled with soya goodness (major plus points for not cutting down on ingredients).

In conclusion, their soya desserts were economical, tasty and value for money. Circuit Road Food Centre is now a great hunting spot for cheap and shiok food bargains. If you are a dessert fan living in northern and western Singapore, this stall is highly recommended by my website when you travel east for Sunday family vacation. I will revisit this stall in the near future for their honey dew bean curd and special soya tarts.
