My opinion:

Qing Tian means "bright sky" or "justice" in Chinese. This is the only stall in Bedok Interchange Food Centre that sells Chinese rojak and yong tau foo. The owners are in a favorable position where there is no competition (monopoly). For this food review, my mother and I have tried their Chinese rojak set B for lunch.

We were given 6 pieces of tau pok, 12 pieces of you zha kueh and a container of rojak sauce. The owners stuffed small amount of bean sprouts and cucumber into the tau pok pieces. Sauce was awkward tasting as it was both salty and sweet. You zha kueh was not crispy or warm.

To sum up, the food here was economical, plentiful but had a few flaws that prevented us from visiting them in the near future. Therefore, our website will only recommend Qing Tian to hardcore Chinese rojak fans or people looking for a healthy after meal snack.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Reduce the amount of salt in the sauce's preparation process and ensure the crispiness of the you zha kueh.
