Will I come back again in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives 

My opinion: 

Mian Dao means "the way of the noodles" and Zhong Hua means "the Chinese civilization" in Mandarin. This stall is a newcomer to the Bedok Interchange Food Centre and the owners sell traditional Chinese noodles. For this food review, I have tried their you po mian for lunch.

There were moderate amount of noodles and almost nonexistent meat ingredients in my food portion. I could not believe myself when I repeatedly check my bowl of noodles. This miserly amount of food could not satisfy the hunger of a teenager, let alone a full grown adult.

Noodles were silky smooth and almost unbearable to eat. Why? The owners "spammed" the food with too much vinegar. To make matters worse, their red chili also had a strong vinegar taste. For the sake of my blog readers (who wasted their time reading till here), the food only had one taste and that was vinegar (severe minus points).

In a nutshell, the noodles here were expensive, poorly prepared and severely lacking in essential ingredients. Unless you are about to faint from hunger, my advice is to avoid this stall at all costs and visit other noodles alternatives in the same food centre.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more minced meat and reduce the amount of vinegar in the food's cooking process.
