My opinion:

 Setia Jaya sells traditional Singapore Muslim food including chicken porridge, lontong, mee goreng and mee siam. Their signature dish is nasi lemak. The prices of their fish nasi lemak set meal and chicken nasi lemak set meal are $2.50 and $3.00 respectively.

I have tried their fish nasi lemak and was not impressed. I was given a fish, an egg slice, small amount of ikan bilis and large amount of rice. Fish meat was average tasting, cold and not crispy enough. Ikan bilis was rough and also not crispy. The miserly portion of egg and "weak" chili were unable to bring any significant difference to the food. Rice was fluffy, soft and devoid of coconut milk fragrance.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more food ingredients and thoroughly review the rice's preparation process.
