My opinion:

Yuguo means "enrich the nation" in Chinese. This Market Street hawker stall sells traditional Singapore curry rice and mixed vegetable rice. For this food review, I have tried their curry rice for lunch, with "cai dou" (common bean), egg and mutton as my food items.

The owners were generous in giving out food ingredients. Common bean was fresh, healthy but average tasting. Egg slice was big but too oily. Mutton was flavorful, juicy, soft and tender. Rice was well cooked and did not have sticky problems. Curry was fragrant, thick and mixed well with the rice. Overall, this stall served good food but had a few flaws that prevent it from getting a higher rating.

Reduce the amount of oil in cooking the food items.
