My opinion:

Zai Heng means "getting lucky again" in Chinese. This Market Street food stall specializes in traditional Singapore fish soup and seafood. For this food review, I have tried their sliced fish soup with rice for lunch.

There were 12 fish slices, 1 bowl of soup and 1 bowl of rice in my food portion. The fish slices were healthy, fresh, juicy, small sized, soft and tender. Soup was addictive, flavorful, filled with seafood goodness and the among the top 5 that I have tasted in 2015 (major plus points). Rice was dry, had a mild awkward taste and did not mix well with the other food ingredients.

In conclusion, the food here was delicious, heavenly and would have gotten an endorsement from me if the owners improved on the rice issues. Therefore, I will advise my blog readers to try out their sliced fish soup but leave the $0.50 rice meal alone.
