My opinion:

Fried oyster omelette: Although the owners were generous in giving out ingredients, the combination of eggs, flour and oil was not to my liking. The food was also too oily and had a "gluey" feel.

White fried carrot cake: Although the food was not too oily or salty, the owners were a bit stingy with egg ingredients. Chili was also very mild to give the food any bonus points. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more food ingredients, fry the food for a longer duration and increase the spiciness of the chili sauce.
