Will I come back in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives
My opinion:
Wang Fu specializes in traditional Singapore Chinese noodles. For this food review, I have tried their prawn noodles for lunch. There were 5 shrimp bits, 3 pieces or pork and moderate amount of noodles in my food portion. Fishballs, fish cakes and prawns were considered "missing in action" (severe minus points).
The shrimp bits were so small that a baby could finish them in less than 20 seconds! Pork meat was average tasting and did not mix well with the other food ingredients.
Soup was fragrant, tasty and filled with prawn taste. Sadly, the good points ended here. When mixed with the red chili, the soup became oily, "sinful" and unbearable to drink. Noodles were rough and lacked the "wow" factor.
In a nutshell, the food here was expensive, poorly prepared and severely lacking in essential ingredients. Unless you are about to faint from hunger, my advice is to stay far far away from this mediocre stall and visit other noodles alternatives in the same food centre.
Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:
First, they should remove the word "prawn" from their signboard because they are obviously not selling prawn noodles. Second, ask their relatives and friends to try the food. If their opinions are the same as mine, the owners should switch to other professions.
