My opinion:

This is the most famous fried carrot cake stall in Singapore east and often ranked among the top 5 fried carrot cakes in the cyber world or newspapers. The uncle has been frying carrot cakes for more than 3 decades.

His fried carrot cakes are addictive, delicious, fragrant and sweet. In terms of texture, the food is slightly moist and soft, which prevents the dry feeling. The only minus point is that the fried carrot cakes can be a bit oily and "sinful" at times. If you and your friends are having a gathering at Bedok Interchange Food Centre, my advice is to take up the larger options which add seafood (prawns or sotong) to your fried food.
