My opinion:

HJH Zeana sells traditional Singapore beverages and desserts. For this food review, I have tasted their chendol for $1.60. The dessert was given to me in a glass cup instead of a bowl (may be a minus point or plus point depending on individual eating style). The male owner was unfriendly and did not even fill the cup full with dessert ingredients.

Ice was finely shaved and melted very fast. The dessert had a strong coconut milk taste but almost no chendol or sweet taste. Green jelly noodles were awkward tasting, slimy, soft and lacked "bite". Honestly, I had great difficulty getting the jelly noodles into my mouth using the straw provided.

In a nutshell, the desserts here were average tasting and cheap. Unless you are a hardcore dessert fan living in Singapore west, my advice is to give this stall a miss and visit the numerous refreshment alternatives in the food centre.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, they should fill the cup full with ingredients. Second, increase the sweetness of the chendol desserts. Third, thoroughly review the preparation process of the green jelly noodles.
