Will I come back again in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives

My opinion:

Yong Fa means "forever rich" in Chinese. This hawker stall specializes in traditional Singapore curry rice and has the honor of an never ending queue in Clementi. My mother and I have tried their rice meal for $4.70. For this review, we chose curry chicken, pork chop and tau kwa as our food items.

Curry chicken was juicy, soft, tender and came with silky smooth skin. Curry was a bit watery and not flavorful or thick enough for rice meals. Pork chop was bland, rough and tough to bite (severe minus points). Tau kwa was average tasting, cold and did not mix well with the other food ingredients. Although the rice was freshly cooked and hot, it was also too moist and sticky.

In a nutshell, the food here was economical, plentiful but had some glaring errors that prevented us from visiting them in the near future. Unless you are a hardcore curry rice fan, our advice is to give this stall a miss and visit other food alternatives in the same hawker centre.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, make the curry thicker. Second, review the pork chops' preparation process. Third, cook the tau kwa with green and red chili slices. Fourth, reduce the amount of water in the rice's cooking process.
