My opinion:

Ji Xiang means "auspicious and lucky" in Chinese. This stall specializes in traditional Singapore vegetarian food. For this food review, my mother and I have tried their $2.00 fried been hoon for lunch.

There were few mock meat items and moderate amount of bee hoon in our takeaway packet. Mock meat was average tasting and had almost no resemblance to the real stuff. Our tongues did not detect any fried taste in the bee hoon. Gravy was tasteless, too watery and did not mix well with the bee hoon.

In a nutshell, the food here was too little and poorly prepared. Unless you are a devoted Buddhist, we will suggest you give this stall a miss and try out better food alternatives in the same hawker centre. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, add more food items to the food. Second, fried the bee hoon for a longer duration. Third, make the gravy thicker.
