Will I come back again in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives 

My opinion:

Hup Heng means "together prosper" in Chinese. The owners sell traditional Singapore beverages and Chinese breakfast sets. For this review, I have tasted their kopi for $0.90. Although the price was cheap, the drink was not aromatic and had an overwhelming bitter taste. Therefore, I will advise my blog readers to buy their kopi 0 and teh 0 but leave the milk beverages alone.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more milk to the hot beverages.
