My opinion:
Xue Hua stands for "snow flakes" in Chinese. They sell traditional Singapore vegetarian food including "chicken" rice, fried bee hoon, fried rice and "laksa". I have tried their $2.50 vegetarian fried bee hoon set for lunch.
There were huge amount of fried bee hoon and other food items in my takeaway packet. Although fried bee hoon was well fried and did not have any sticky problems, it did not mix well with the gravy. Mock char siew and pork meat were average tasting, dry and did not resemble the real stuff at all. "Fu chok" was slight crispy, soft and probably overcooked. Chili was hot and sticky, perfect for fried bee hoon meals.
In a nutshell, their food was cheap, plentiful but lacked a "powerful" and thick gravy. For vegetarian food lovers living in northern and western Singapore, I will suggest they give this stall a miss.
