My opinion:

This stall is a newcomer to Kaki Bukit Food Centre and the owners sell Vietnamese cuisine. Many local residents welcome their arrival as this stall adds more variety to the hawker centre's food. My mother and I have tried their pork dry bee hoon for dinner.

We were given moderate amount of bee hoon, bean sprouts, carrots, lettuce and pork meat. The Vietnamese bee hoon was silky, well cooked and thicker than Singapore bee hoon. Pork meat was dry and rough. Sauce was addictive, sourish, sweet and almost single-handedly save the food from a worse rating.

In a nutshell, the food here was good but lacking in ingredients and too costly compared to most Singapore hawker food. The owners are advised to add more bee hoon and meat ingredients to their food. On the short term basis, they should also reduce the prices of their food products and do some promotional sales.
