Will I come back again in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives

My opinion:

This hawker stall sells traditional Singapore buns and dim sum. For this food review, I decided to try out their lor mai gai ($1.70) and big pork bun ($1.50).

Lor mai gai was too dry and one of the smallest I have tasted in recent years (major minus points). There were also few mushroom and pork ingredients in the lor mai gai.

Pork bun had juicy meat ingredients but egg was considered "missing in action. Bun skin was also too rough and sticky.

In a nutshell, the food here was cheap but average tasting. I will advise my blog readers to visit other dim sum alternatives in nearby coffee shops.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, the size of their lor mai gais must be increased. Second, they can consider adding half an egg to each of their pork buns. Third, they should review the preparation and production processes of all their buns.
