My opinion:

This Bedok North coffee stall sells traditional Singapore char siew rice, chicken rice, roasted delicacies, dumpling noodles and wanton noodles. For this food review, my mother and I have tried their char siew and roasted pork rice for lunch.

There were 9 slices of char siew meat, 7 pieces of roasted pork and moderate amount of rice in our takeaway packet. All the char siew slices were small sized and had charred portions. Roasted pork was bland and not thoroughly roasted. Although the pork skin was crunchy and tasty, our tongues could detect a mild oil taste. Rice was well cooked and did not suffer from sticky issues. Chili was sticky, incredibly oily and "polluted" a small section of the rice.

In a nutshell, the food here was average tasting and lacking in essential ingredients. If you are an adult foodie living in Bedok North, my advice is to ignore this stall and visit tastier alternatives in nearby Fengshan 85 Food Centre.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Roast the pork meat for a longer duration, add more ingredients for future customers and thoroughly review the chili's preparation process.
