My opinion:

Wong Kee Wanton Noodle specializes in traditional Singapore Chinese noodles. For this food review, I have tried their wanton noodles for lunch.

The owners were generous in giving out char siew and wantons but not the noodles. Char siew was juicy, soft and tender. Wantons were chewy and delicious. The noodles had an artificial taste and did not mix well with the watery sauce. There was no green chili slices and red chili was too mild tasting to give the food any last minute bonus points.

To sum up, their food was good but had a few flaws that prevent the stall from getting a higher rating. Therefore, I will only recommend Wong Kee to hardcore noodles fans living or working near Bukit Merah.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more ingredients, review the noodles' preparation process and pack the food in plastic bags instead of containers.
