My opinion:

This stall sells traditional Singapore Taiwanese cuisine. My mother and I have tried their chicken cutlet rice set meal for lunch. We were given a plate of 9 chicken cutlets, a bowl of rice and a bowl of soup.

Chicken cutlets were crispy, hot and mixed nicely with the salad sauce. Rice was well cooked and did not have sticky issues. Soup was refreshing, tasty and had a mild sesame oil fragrance. There were half a marinated egg, dong feng, doufu and vegetables in the bowl of soup.

In a nutshell, the food here was delicious and expensive. Now, I really understand why my Tampines buddies avoid the food of this mall and visit the local coffee shops instead. I will only recommend this stall to Taiwan cuisine fans who do not mind paying more for good food.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Reduce the prices of their costlier dishes or carry out more promotional sales.
