Will I come back in 6 months' time? Yes
My opinion:
When
I arrived at this coffee shop stall at around 14:00 (2 p.m), they told
me their roasted duck and pork was sold out! I decided to try their char
siew rice for lunch.
The owners were extremely generous in giving out ingredients. Rice was well cooked and did not have sticky issues. The char siew meat was the best that I have tasted in recent years. What impressed me the most was that their char siew meat was not overly fat (like Fatty Cheong in Redhill region). The meat was so addictive, juicy and tender. The chili was very hot and spicy. Most people would probably just use half the packet of chili. If you are a meat lover living in Redhill and Tiong Bahru, you should bookmark this webpage and pay them a visit soon.
