Will I come back again in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives

My opinion:

This coffee shop stall sells traditional Singapore char siew rice, chicken rice, duck rice and roasted delicacies. If I am not wrong, this stall was formerly from the neighboring Clementi 448 Food Centre. For this food review, my mother and I decided to try out their soya sauce chicken rice.

We were given 9 pieces of chicken meat and moderate amount of rice. Cucumber slices were "missing in action". Chicken meat was rough, slightly moist and came with silky smooth skin. Although the owners claimed the meat was roasted with charcoal fire, there was no charcoal, chicken or soya sauce fragrance (major minus points).

Normal plain rice was well cooked and did not have sticky issues. Their chili was so mild tasting that my mother had to use her own prepared garlic chili in order to finish the food.

In a nutshell, the food here was able to satisfy our stomachs but not the craving for soya sauce chicken rice. If you are a chicken rice fan, we will advise you to visit nearby coffee shops, food centres and malls for better quality food.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, they should add a few cucumber slices to their food. Second, the chicken meat preparation and production processes must be reviewed. Third, the owners should use a different kind of chili as their current version is unsuitable for chicken rice meals.
