Will I come back in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives

My opinion:

This stall is the only stall in Kaki Bukit Market and Food Centre to sell kway chap (monopoly). I have tried their kway chap set meal for dinner. There were 16 slices of pig intestines, 6 pieces of pork skin, 6 pieces of tau pok and moderate amount of rice sheets in my food portion. Egg, pork meat and tau kwa were "missing in action".

Pig intestines were small sized, not well marinated and had small amount of fatty portions (not properly cleaned). Pork skin was average tasting and too soft for my liking. Tau pok was the only food item that soaked up the watery braising stock.

Rice sheets were delicious, chewy, smooth and one of the best I have tasted in recent months. Soup was flavorful, fragrant and not too oily or salty. I rarely commented on kway chap chili but this stall's version was way too sourish.

In a nutshell, the food here was cheap but average tasting. The owners are strongly advised to add some tau kwa and marinate the food items for a longer period of time.
