My opinion:

I think the stall name is quite boastful. You claim your stall to best in the Chinese world, then you better be prepared for harsher criticisms and scrutiny. The food here is rather expensive. One chicken costs $22.00 while you only need to spend $18.00 to $20.00 in most Singaporean chicken rice stalls. This is the only stall in the entire hawker centre to sell chicken rice. Being a monopoly, I guess most nearby residents will have to "take it or leave it".

I ordered a $3.00 takeaway portion of white cut chicken rice for lunch and was not impressed with the food. Even though the chicken meat was juicy and tender, the portions were stingy. The chicken skin was chewy and smooth (not recommended to eat chicken skin for people having heart or weight problems). Rice was well cooked but lacked chicken fragrance. Red chili was a bit too salty.

In a nutshell, the food here was average tasting, too little and had some flaws that prevented me from visiting them in the near future. Therefore, the owners are strongly advised to add more chicken meat to their food and use a new type of chili as the current version is not suitable for chicken rice meals.
