My opinion:
Yin Cheong means "source of prosperity" in Chinese. The owners sell traditional Singapore beverages. For this review, I have tasted their sugar cane juice for lunch.
The drink was juiced right in front of me, thus ensuring its freshness and quality. It was healthy, rejuvenating, sweet and filled with sugar cane goodness. I took about 3 minutes to finish this drink, which should be able to last a single lunch or dinner. The only small complaint I had with Yin Cheong was that the cup was 25 percent filled with ice cubes (slightly "watered down").
Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:
Reduce the amount of ice cubes in their cold beverages.
