My opinion:

This stall sells traditional Singapore pasta, spaghetti and western food. I have tried their chicken cutlet for dinner. The price was really cheap as some Bedok chicken cutlets now cost $6.50 each. As I inspected the food quantity, I was shocked to see the bakery product and beans with tomato sauce missing. There were small amount of salad and moderate amount of french fries.

Basically, the male owner saved up on some non essential ingredients, which was not cool for me. In terms of food quality, the chicken meat and french fries were crispy and hot (major plus points). Chicken meat was juicy, tender but had an awkward bitter taste. Fries were delicious and not too oily or salty. Salad was addictive, moist and "opened" up my appetite.
