My opinion:
When I first saw the stall's name (The Legend), I had a very bad impression of the owners. They must be "hao lian" (boastful) or "hou lian pi" (thick skinned). Luckily, I was proven wrong by their excellent service and delicious food products. For this food review, I decided to try out their soya chicken rice for dinner.
When I reached home and opened my takeaway packet, I was dumbfounded by the owners' generosity. There were 12 pieces of chicken meat and moderate amount of rice in my food portion. Chicken meat was big sized firm, soft, tender and came with silky smooth skin (major plus points). Rice was well cooked and did not suffered from dryness, roughness or issues. Braising sauce was not too thick or thin and mixed well with the other food ingredients. The only small complaint I had with the food was the owners packed the chili together with the main food items.
In conclusion, the food here was addictive, heavenly, plentiful and could satisfy my weekly craving for soya chicken. If you are a meat rice fan, my advice is to write down their stall number (#01-51) and visit them soon.
