My opinion:

Amy's Laksa has replaced Siglap Market Fried Carrot Cake in stall 176 of Bedok South 58 Market and Food Centre. They sell traditional Singapore laksa, mee siam and prawn noodles. They have been featured on Mediacorp's "Where the queue starts 4".

All their food items cost only $2.50 each. I have tried their laksa and mee siam before. Their laksa really impressed me but mee siam was average tasting. Their laksa was full of ingredients and the soup was really thick (but not as thick as the legendary 328's laksa). Where can you get $2.50 laksa in Singapore today? Most Singaporean laksa costs between $4.00 and $5.00.

Their mee siam was very sourish and very different from other spicy or sweet Singaporean versions. They did put a small prawn in their mee siam but I would seriously prefer more soup and tau pok slices. Their portions of ingredients and mee siam soup were the smallest in Bedok.

In conclusion, laksa fans can satisfy their craving here for a bargain price. If you are a mee siam fan, I suggest you give this stall a miss as there are so many good alternatives in Singapore east.
