My opinion:

Zhi Jia Bian Fan means "simple home cooked food" in Chinese. This stall sells traditional Singapore mixed vegetable rice. I have tried their rice meals for lunch. I ordered crispy prawns, pork and vegetables.

Prawns were crispy, delicious but small. Pork was flavorful, juicy and tender. Vegetables were healthy but too mild tasting. I would suggest the owners cook the vegetables with some chili sauce. Rice was well cooked and did not have sticky problems. If the owners added one more small prawn and increased the flavor of their vegetables, they would probably get a rating higher than 90/100.
