Will I come back again in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives

My opinion:

This Bedok North coffee shop specializes in traditional Singapore herbal soup. For this food review, I have tried their watercress pork rib soup for lunch. There were 6 pieces of pork ribs, 1 bowl of soup, 1 bowl of rice and moderate amount of watercress in my food portion.

Although the pork rib pieces were delectable, medium sized and soft, 30 percent of them were bones that could not be swallowed. Watercress was chewy, healthy and had a mild pungent taste. Soup was not flavorful enough and slightly too oily. Rice was plentiful, well cooked and did not have sticky problems.

To sum up, the food here was economical, fulfilling and had some flaws that prevented me from visiting them in the near future. If you are a herbal soup fan living in northern or western Singapore, my advice is to ignore this stall and check out tastier alternatives in your present location.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, add more meat ingredients to the food. Second, cut out fatty portions from the pork ribs. Third, check the watercress ingredients.
