My opinion:

This stall sells a wide range of Singapore chicken rice, noodles and roasted delicacies. You will be amazed at the amount of effort the uncle puts into preparing the food. I have tried his signature hainanese chicken rice for dinner.

There were enormous portions of juicy, soft and tender chicken meat in my food portion. Most of the meat were from the chicken thigh area! Chicken skin was chewy, delicious and smooth (not recommended to eat chicken skin for people with weight problems). Some hawkers usually saved up on the chicken skin. I was very pleased the uncle did not have this poor and stingy business practice. The rice was fragrant and well cooked but could be slightly oily at times. The chili was salty and unsuitable for traditional Singapore chicken rice.
