My opinion:

Green Sky Fried Kway Teow sells traditional Singapore fried carrot cake, fried kway teow and fried oyster omelette. For this food review, I have tried their signature fried kway teow for dinner.

The price was cheap but food quality was slightly compromised. I counted only 3 cockles in my fried kway teow. The kway teow and noodles were sticky, a clear indication that the ingredients were not fresh or properly fried. The owners were too generous in putting vegetables in the food. The vegetable taste actually overwhelmed the fried kway teow taste.

For omelette lovers, Green Sky also sells cockles, mushroom, oyster and prawn omelettes. Therefore, I will recommend fried food fans to try out their unique omelettes, but suggest giving their fried kway teow a miss.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more cockles, fry the food for a longer duration and replace veggie ingredients with egg bits.
