My opinion:

Zhao Cai means "attracting prosperity and wealth" in Chinese. This coffee shop stall sells traditional Singapore fish soup and seafood. I have tried their fried fish soup for dinner. There were 6 pieces of fried fish, 1 bowl of soup and huge amount of rice.

Fried fish pieces were not properly fried and incredibly small in size (major minus points). Soup had bitter gourd, lettuce and flaky fish skin as ingredients. It had a rich veggie taste and had almost no fish taste. Rice was plentiful, well cooked and had no sticky problems.

In a nutshell, the food here was average tasting and had too few fish meat ingredients. Honestly, I still had half a bowl of rice left when I finished eating all my fried fish pieces.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ingredients:

First, they should add at least 2 more fish pieces to their food. Second, the soup preparation and production processes needs to be thoroughly reviewed.
