My opinion:
This stall only specializes in one food and that is hokkien moodles. Their fried prawn noodles is the "wettest" that I have ever tasted. If you do not like "moist" type of hokkien noodles, please stop reading to avoid wasting your time. The food is very flavorful and filled with the essence of prawns. Both hokkien and rice noodles were well fried and mix well with each other.
If you love pork lard in your hokkien noodles, you will be disappointed as they are not part of the food ingredients. This can be a major plus point if you are looking for healthier hokkien noodles.
There are the $3.00, $4.00 and $5.00 options for their hokkien noodles. I suggest you choose the $4.00 option because you get very small portions of ingredients for $3.00. You will actually finish your hokkien noodles in less than 5 minutes for the $3.00 portion. They are also quite stingy in giving out belachan chili as well. There is no difference between having or not having chili.
his stall is famous not only for hokkien noodles but also their incredible waiting time. You actually need to wait more than 20 minutes for a plate of their hokkien noodles. I must admit the food here is very good but most people will loathe wasting time queuing for miserly portions of hokkien noodles.
