My opinion:

This Bedok North coffee shop stall sells traditional Singapore pig's organ soup and pork rib soup. For this food review, I have tried their pig's organ soup with rice for dinner.

There were 5 pieces of pork meat, 4 slices of pig liver, 3 slices of pig intestines, 2 meat balls, 1 bowl of soup and 1 bowl of rice in my food portion. Although the amount of food was not overly generous, it was enough to satisfy the hunger of an adult.

All the meat pieces were juicy, soft, tender, well cooked and devoid of fatty portions (major plus points). The soup was flavorful, not too oily or salty and had pork meat fragrance. Rice was well cooked and did not suffer from dryness, roughness or sticky problems.

In conclusion, the food here was economical and heavenly. If you are a pig's organ soup fan living in Singapore east, this stall is a definite "must visit".

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

They are strongly applauded for their service to local residents and are advised to continue their good work. I will visit them regularly to check for consistency.
