My opinion:

Yun He means "peaceful clouds" in Chinese. This stall sells traditional Singapore Chinese noodles and laksa. For this food review, I have tried their fishball noodles for lunch. There were 3 fishballs, 5 fish cakes, 1 fishball dumpling and moderate amount of meepok in my takeaway packet.

Fishballs were average tasting, medium sized but did not have a pungent fishy taste. The lone fish dumpling had "thick skin" and too few meat ingredients to add any significant bonus points to the food. Meepok was dry, tasteless and devoid of noodle sauce. Although chili was hot and spicy, it greatly worsened the noodles' dryness problem.

To sum up, the food here was average tasting and had severe dryness problems. The female owners are strongly advised to make their own noodle sauce and add it to the food.

Recently, I revisited this stall and tried out their fishball and minced meat noodles for lunch. The 3 fishballs were bouncy, fresh and medium sized. Minced meat was dry and too few in portions to earn significant bonus points for the food's flavor. Although the noodle sauce was thick, it was too oily and salty. Soup was fragrant, warm and had a mild meat sweetness. Therefore, I decided to increase the food rating of this stall from 65/100 to 78/100.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more noodles for future customers and review the noodle sauce's preparation process.
